Sunrise FC will be seeking to return to winning ways today when they take on Etincelles FC in the Azam Rwanda Premier League at Umuganda Stadium in Rubavu.

Coach Andrew Ibeh is keen to bounce back from a 1-0 defeat to Rayon Sports last weekend- their first loss of the 2016/17 campaign which saw the Nyagatare-based side drop to second place on the table with 10 points.

"We need three points against Etincelles. We shall go into Sunday’s game looking for nothing less than a win and I believe we will be able to achieve our target and move up on the table. We have not collected any point in the last game, which makes Sunday’s game a must-win for us,” said the Nigerian tactician

However, his counterpart, Emmanuel Ruremesha of Etincelles FC that is just one point behind them believes his side is capable of adding to their previous frustration and move ahead of them.

The former Gicumbi and Mukura coach Ruremesha said, "We need to win the game to close the gap on the teams above us in the table. It will be a difficult match because Sunrise has lost the last game and they will be looking to bounce back, so we have to be careful.”

In other matches, Musanze FC will play against Police FC at Nyakinama in Musanze District while Kirehe FC hosts SC Kiyovu at Nyakarambi turf in Kirehe District.
