After suffering their first loss of the season against Rayon Sports at home last week, Sunrise FC head coach Andrew Ibeh has urged his players to recover and return to winning ways when they take on Etincelles this weekend.

Among the seven games played last weekend, the main attention was on the match between Rayon Sports and Sunrise FC at Nyagatare ground which ended 1-0 in favour of Rayon courtesy of Burundi’s Pierro Kwizera strike which sent the blues three points clear at the top.

Sunrise FC remain in the 2nd position tied on ten points with Police FC, which drew goalless with Mukura at Kicukiro stadium.

The loss is the first defeat for the Nyagatare based side and head coach Ibeh thinks they were unlucky.

"We had some good chances to equalise in the second half but we never utilised them. It’s the first defeat in five matches and we still have a chance to recover, it’s still too early. We shall bounce back.” Ibeh added

In their next game, they will face Etincelles away at Umuganda stadium on Sunday.
