Editor, RE: "Police recover stolen electronics, 3 arrested” (The New Times, November 21).

Shout out to our Police for an excellent job well done!

A quick suggestion though: there are many young men in Kigali who usually carry some expensive phones and try selling them on the streets. Nobody knows whether those phones are theirs, stolen or fake.

I would suggest to the Police to apprehend everyone selling expensive smartphones on the streets if that’s possible. One wonders how an expensive phone is so cheap! Jean Bikomeye
