Hundreds of gospel music lovers on Sunday gathered at the Kabeza Gates of Hope Church for the, Heart to Heart concert.

The concert began at 4p.m with curtain raisers, Voice of Truth, the Church’s choir—before the main act, True Promises came to stage. The choir entertained the audience with thrilling performances of their singles, I won’t Go Back, and Uramamaye before taking a short break.

Heart to Heart, is a monthly concert that brings together Christians from different parts of Kigali for an evening of praise and worship.

Christians were treated to splendid performances from renowned local gospel singers Clementine Uwitonze aka Tonzi and True Promises.

Batsinda Cornerstone Church’s Pastor Clarrise Karangwa was the main preacher.

The crowd finally got what they wanted when Tonzi got on the stage at 6:45 p.m, singing and dancing to her first hit, Sijja muvaako before she sang Humura.

The event ended a few minutes past 8p.m, with a recall of True Promises back to stage. Doing their fast paced- Yesu yabiranjije, and Mana urera, they ended the event in style as revelers danced with vigour.
