This is great achievement for Dr Mutesa, University of Rwanda and the country. I am happy that Mutesa works with physiotherapy.
What I am not sure of is if he manages to reach and see the many children with such example of condition he explained, at various physiotherapy departments all over the country.
My suggestion is to have training of physiotherapists and other healthcare providers who meet such children for basic information and awareness. We are ready to assist in organising such training.
