Rwanda National Police Friday paraded three men who were arrested in connection with evading taxes amounting to Rwf1 billion. The suspects are alleged to have manipulated the Electronic Billing Machines (EBMs) to run ghost firms they would later use to claim for VAT refund from Rwanda Revenue Authority.
