LETTERS: TVET centres should implement safety measures
When will safety consciousness become second nature in our country? I will not repeat several suggestions previously made by commentators in this paper on how safety can be improved at our factories and other workplaces where employees are exposed to work-related accidents. It seems though, that all those comments fell on deaf ears. Why can’t TVET centres in Rwanda provide safety goggles to students?
