Last year, it took me an hour to have my vehicle inspected; that was still OK—after all, we don't have similar motor vehicle inspection services in the region. Today it took me only 10 minutes; isn't this worthy commending? Let's learn to give credit where it is due. These lanes shall certainly trigger significant results in quality service delivery and step up road safety.
I salute Rwanda National Police leadership for their tireless efforts to ensure peace, security and stability within the country.
