A clinical finisher who also boasts pace in his game, Agblevor netted 10 goals in 12 games for Musanze in the first round of the Rwanda Primus National League. He was one of the outstanding players in the topflight this season.
He becomes the first player to join Police FC in the first transfer window of 2024. The team is trying to beef up their attack force in order to position themselves better for the title challenge.
"I am happy with the move and I will continue to give my best as I have done for all the clubs I have featured for," Agblevor told Times Sport.
The striker came to Rwanda in August 2021 and initially had trials with Rayon Sports. He was rejected by the Blues and so, he went to Etoile de l'Est where he became a key player.
In August 2022, he joined Musanze after the relegation of Etoile. During his two seasons at the club, he became a prominent player for them, and has been attracting interest from bigger clubs.
Agblevor previously featured for Soccer Intellectuals, a third-tier club in the Ghanaian coastal town of Winneba.
