Rwandan queen of gospel music Aline Gahongayire is in Indiana, U.S., where she is scheduled to perform in a concert tomorrow, Sunday.
Known as the ‘Queen of Gospel’ in the music industry, Gahongayire is undoubtedly the biggest name in contemporary gospel music in the country today. Her concert dubbed, Special day of praise and worship, is one of the many concerts she has had in the United States.
Since last month, Gahongayire has been in Dallas, Texas, for the Rwanda Christian Convention, organised with support from the Rwandan Embassy in the US. She has since performed in Chicago, Washington, DC, among other cities.
According to Eric Mugisha, Gahongayire’s manager, The Sun is Gonna Shine Again star will conclude her music tour in Texas on October 5, before returning home to finalise her sixth album.
The singer/actress has countless accolades under her belt and gospel music lovers have enjoyed her hit songs such as Harimpavu pe, Yeye Peke, Wandemye and Afande, among many more.
