Police said this week it had taken in one Jerome Niyitegeka of Kigali’s Kicukiro District after he allegedly tried to bribe a police officer at Gikondo Police Station with Rwf10,000 so he could flee his employee, identified as Samuel Nzayisenga, who had been arrested over theft-related offences.
