I&M Bank, in collaboration with Kigali Serena Hotel, hosted a Christmas party for the children of SOS Village des Enfants located in Byumba, Gicumbi District.
The event, held on Friday, December 22 at Kigali Serena Hotel, was a celebration filled with presents and festive cheer.
SOS Village des Enfants provides a loving home for orphaned and vulnerable children, giving them a chance at a brighter future.

Benjamin Mutimura, CEO of I&M Bank, expressed the bank’s dedication to making a positive impact in the community.
He said: "At I&M Bank, we believe in giving back to society, especially during this festive season. It is our privilege to organise this Christmas party for the children of SOS Village des Enfants. We hope to bring them happiness and create lasting memories.”

Duncan Lewa, Deputy Manager at Kigali Serena Hotel, highlighted the importance of contributing to the well-being of disadvantaged children.
He stated: "Serena Hotel is proud to be part of this initiative, and we are honoured to host this event. We aim to make a difference in the lives of these children and let them know that they are loved and cared for.”

Edouard Mutabazi Byinshi, the coordinator of SOS Children Village, also stated, "We are immensely grateful to I&M Bank and Serena Hotel for organising this beautiful Christmas celebration for our children. It brings immense joy and happiness to them, especially during this special time of year.”
The children were treated to a day filled with fun activities, food, and Santa gifts to each of them.
