The 21-year-old former Rwanda U20 international, a product of Isonga FC, penned a two-year deal on Saturday, to become the eighth signing for the law enforcers side in this transfer window. He joins fellow playmaker Amini Mwizerwa, who also joined Police FC from AS Kigali recently.
Other new signings include; Hussein Habimana, Danny Nduwayo and Milafa Nizeyimana all from Etincelles; Amavubi left-back Celestin Ndayishimiye from Mukura Victory, Jean Bosco Akayezu (AS Muhanga) and Antoine Dominique Ndayishimiye from Gicumbi.
Christophe Biramahire and Olivier Usabimana were also promoted from second division Interforce FC, although the later has since been loaned to Marines FC.
Police FC spokesperson, Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Jean de Dieu Mayira, said Micyo comes to fill the void left by Idesbard Nshuti, who has also been released upon his request.
