Kirehe Volleyball Club will be looking to use home advantage to win all their three matches in order to claim the league second place when they host the fourth and final round of the playoffs on Sunday in Kirehe district.
Pierre Marshal Kwizera’s team finished on fourth place last year but will be hoping to earn maximum nine points which will see them finish on second place, behind champions, UNIK (formerly INATEK), and head of APR and IPRC-South.
The home team will play their opening match against APR before taking on University of Kibungo (UNIK) before winding up their campaign against bottom side, IPRC-South.
"We want to win all games and take second place. We will be playing at home and I believe we can achieve that target,” said former Rwanda international, Kwizera.
With one round remaining, UNIK lead the table with 59 points, ahead of second-placed APR on 47 points while Kirehe is in third place with 46 points and IPRC-South is fourth with 28 points.
