First Lady Jeannette Kagame yesterday hosted First Ladies luncheon following the official closing of 17th General Assembly of the Organisation of African First Ladies against HIV/AIDS (OAFLA).

The event began with MYICT Permanent Secretary Rosemary Mbabazi presenting the SmartGirls Initiative, a new project focusing on greater ICT access for girls and women.
