THE launch of 3D musical Remarkable Africa, which was scheduled for July 13, has been postponed to August 6.
According to John Bunyeshuri, the co-organiser, the postponement was due to the many events lined up in July.
The event, which is the first of its kind in Rwanda, is aimed at fusing African music, traditional dances, acts, African dressing, animals and food all on 3 large screens all on one stage.
It targets people in the entertainment industry like models, designers, VJs, Djs, actors, and actresses, among others.
"This event is an innovation from which these people can earn some income. It will be like an additional source of income to the people in the event and also a way of displaying the beauty of Africa live on stage,” added Bunyeshuri. The show will be held at the Petit stade in Remera, at 6pm.
