RE: "Everybody needs a career coach” (The New Times, July 8).

This is very interesting. In fact it is timely given the increase in professional jobs and, by extension, professionals in Rwanda. The question though—and it’s a big one - how to choose the right professional coach for me?

I am assuming it’s not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. Will a secretary in an NGO need the same coach as a pediatric doctor fresh from campus? Perhaps the author can follow up with an article tackling this question.
