The tournament ends on July 3.

Peter Karreman’s team will play six matches in three days, facing hosts the Netherlands, China and USA, world’s No. 1 and 2, respectively, as well as Ukraine, Russia and Slovenia.

All teams except for Slovenia and the Netherlands qualified for the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in September, while China, USA, Rwanda and Iran are drawn in the same group.

The seven teams competing in the three-day Dutch tournament will play each other in a round-robin format and the team that wins the most games will be crowned champions.

The Rwanda team, which arrived in the Netherlands on June 25, will kick off their campaign today evening against the hosts before playing three games tomorrow, against Russia, Ukraine and China.

On the final day, Rwanda will face Slovenia and the USA.

"All players are fine and in good mood, they are ready for the tournament, they have been training for the past six days with the head coach and we hope to perform well,” team manager, Angelique Niragire, told Times Sport in a phone interview on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the team was on Wednesday hosted to dinner by Rwanda’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, Jean Pierre Karabaranga, who urged them to make the country proud by performing well.
