"It was a very good day for Telugu and I congratulate them upon the victory, they played well with proper coordination and won.”

Telugu captain Shiva samba said it felt good for every Telugu player to win Challengers. "It was our very first time to beat Challengers in this competition and given its strong pedigree in the country’s cricket, we were so happy to win them,” he said.
