Helsingborg suffered a humiliating 4-3 defeat against bottom placed Orebre SK in the Allsvenskan league fixture played.

Orebre SK which currently lies in Twelveth position in the Swedish top premier league pounced Helsingborg on home ground to clinch maximum points from their rival who had defeated them 1-0 in the first leg which was played at Olympia stadium early July.

Helsingborg who played without Amavubi Stars’ team captain Olivier Karekezi, had Razak Omotoyossi and Henrik Larson(2) to brace them with three goals which were not enough to help them share points with Orebre.

Orebre SK scored their goals through Magnus Witstrom, Lars Larsen, Johann Pettersson and Jon Lundblad respectively.

Helsingborg is placed on eighth position with 28 points from 21 league fixtures respectively.

Three clubs including IF Elfsborg, Djurgardens and AIK share the top spot with 35 points each and with seven league fixtures remaining on the card, the Allsvenskan league title champion is not yet decided.

Helsingborg’s loss to Orebre SK comes after a few days when the Sweden giants had lost 5-3 to Holland’s Uefa Cup representative Heereven.

Meanwhile, Rwanda’s Karekezi future at the club is doubtful after he has for twice been excluded on the squad that played the Uefa Cup qualifier and the Allsvenskan league fixture against Orebre SK.

Helsingborg manager Stuart Baxter has opted to field Sweden-born playmaker Christopher Anderson in Karekezi’s right flank wing position.

Karekezi who joined the Swedish side from APR may be forced to yearn for a greener pastures in Denmark’s Copenhagen football club since his relationship with the club managers is seem not to yield anything.
