On Friday, December 8, 2023, Kigali's leading hotels came together for a remarkable cause at the "Taste of Kigali Hotels" Charity Event, hosted at the exquisite Cucina restaurant at Kigali Marriott. It was a beautiful evening of delectable delights and charitable giving where everyone’s presence was intended to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.

Culinary experts from five prominent Kigali hotels showcased their skills, each presenting a course to create a memorable dining experience: From Park Inn: Amuse Bouche, to Serena: Starter, Radisson: Soup, Four Points: Main Course and Kigali Marriott: Dessert.

To enhance the dining experience, an exclusive wine selection was introduced at a cost featuring a range of exquisite choices, with all mark-ups generously donated to the SOS Children's Village.

As part of our commitment to giving back, a charity auction was hosted during the event where luxurious experience packages generously donated by our partners, including dream getaways, fine wine collections, air tickets, staycations and more were bided on and around nineteen million Rwandan francs was donated to the SOS Children's Village in support to the orphaned and vulnerable children in our community.
