Mukura Victory Sports on Saturday thrashed Gasogi United 4-2 in a thrilling match held at Kigali Pele Stadium.
It was the first away win of the season for Huye-based club which had failed to win a single game away since the league started on August 18.
The visitors opened the scores after just six minutes of action through Zuber Hakizimana before Eric Mbirizi equalized for the home side later on.
Both teams slowed down after the early goals but it was Mukura who looked to be the better side, creating a host of chances although the likes of Mohammed Sylla and Elie Tatou Iradukunda failed to captialize them.
After recess, Mukura head coach Lofti Afahmia brought on Samuel Pimpong and Elie Kategeya for Hakizimana and Gerrard Ndayogeje in an attempt to boost club’s attacking opportunities in crucial changes that made immediate impact offensively.

Kategeya shot Mukura ahead again in the 70th minute with a superb effort before Alain Kirasa’s side once again pulled even in the 74th minute.
But it was Aboubakar Uwiduhaye who netted the decisive goal for the visitors in the 78th to make it 3-2 before Katageya snatched the fourth goal for Mukura and his personal second in the 92nd minute as the Black and Yellow side had total dominance.
The final minutes of injury time saw Lofti’s men defending gallantly until the referee blew his final whistle to end the game.
