Given the chance I think I would have chosen to abstain. And the only reason would be because the nominations and the stratification of the categories from very start were out of contention.
The placement of the nominees left me confused and wondering how I would have waivered my vote.
How was ORTPN valid for the nomination of the award of best e-Tourism solution? And what about RTV…why would it be nominated in the category of Best e-Agriculture?

Last month alone The New Times’ website attracted over 100,000 unique IP addresses and over 4 million hits.
