Let's focus on the bigger picture as East Africans
Ugandans who qualify to become Rwandan citizens can hold Rwandan IDs (because Ugandans are constitutionally eligible to have dual citizenship) and there is no segregation about that. Moreover, Banyarwanda are a Ugandan community too, like all Ugandan communities and it’s not by choice.

Ugandans who qualify to become Rwandan citizens can hold Rwandan IDs (because Ugandans are constitutionally eligible to have dual citizenship) and there is no segregation about that. Moreover, Banyarwanda are a Ugandan community too, like all Ugandan communities and it’s not by choice.
The region is looking at having East African identity and a few individuals still clamour on their Ugandanness, Rwandanness… I would rather focus on one’s contribution to the progress of his or her community than scrutinizing for names and physical appearances.
