RE: "ICT minister tips youth on transformation” (The New Times, March 20).

According to the story, a special Umuganda was organised in Rwamagana District by the Ministry of Youth and ICT as part of a wider campaign against malaria.

Kudos to Minister Jean-Philbert Nsengimana and his team for this great initiative through which they were able to inculcate the right values among the youth and encourage them to participate in community work to help transform the nation.

As Minister Nsengimana rightly remarked, the Government is "investing a lot in educating them and nurturing them into responsible, productive and innovative citizens”.

The youth are the leaders of tomorrow and it is the youth of this great nation, under the able guidance of the elders of course, which will further transform and take Remarkable Rwanda to even greater heights.
