Having helped his side to beat Victory CC two weeks ago, Heren Kapadia has again showed why he is Indorwa’s top player after putting on yet another outstanding display in the win against Kigali Cricket Club in the ongoing V.R Naidu T20 cricket tournament on Sunday.

Kapadia, who scored 27 runs in the game against Victory CC, yesterday made 38 runs in 34 balls in a great partnership with Lakesh Singh (22 runs) that produced 57 runs in 51 balls.

Indorwa, which lost to Right Guards last weekend, won the toss and batted first, making 136 runs in the allotted 20 overs for the loss of 8 wickets—Nirav Shan took 3 wickets.

In reply, KCC were all-out for 77 runs in 15.3 overs. Mohamed Ziishan was their top scorer with 12 runs.

"I am so delighted by the way we have played this season considering the dismal performance we showed last season, the players are very confident and so determined to win the title this year, " said Indorwa captain, Mihir Bhatt.

Indorwa, with three wins and a loss remain on top of Pool A with 12 points followed by Kigali Warriors with 4 points in two games and Right Guards are in the third position, also with 4 points in two games. KCC and Victory CC are both without a point, having played two games each.

The best two teams will advance to the semi-finals where they face the top two sides from Pool B, which has Challengers, Kelera Hunters, Impara CC and Terugu CC.
