The Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Inspiration Back Up, the organisers of the pageant said the decision to postpone the event which was earlier planned for February 6 was to give Rwandans a chance to enjoy the 2016 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament final which takes place on Sunday.
The 25 contestants who participated in Umuganda community work, last Saturday will continue with a host of visits to venues of national significance. The visits started on Thursday with a trip to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, Gisozi.
