Through your newspaper, allow me to express my concern over the shortage of water in Kabeza. We need Electrogaz to save us; it’s as if we do not pay our water bills.

In most cases, we get water once a month.You will find that other places in Kigali do not face the same problem and we are asking why it is only Kabeza that always faces this problem of water shortage.

Many other places always have water like Kicukiro and Kanombe and many others do not face the problem Kabeza faces. We ask for government intervention to help solve this problem.
