Police on Saturday evening shot dead one Muhammad Mugemangango, a terror suspect after he attempted to escape by jumping off a police truck.

According to a statement from police, Mugemangango, who was in custody at Kanombe Police Post, had been taken to his home in Kimironko for a search, as part of the police investigations.
