President Kagame yesterday received US Attorney-General Loretta Lynch at Village Urugwiro in Kigali. Kagame and Lynch discussed bilateral judicial cooperation, including increased cooperation in bringing fugitives accused of the Genocide against the Tutsi to justice. Lynch is in the country for the 84th Interpol General Assembly that opened on Monday and ends tomorrow. (Village Urugwiro)
