World football governing body, FIFA has named Senegalese quartet to officiate the 2018 FIFA World Cup first-leg qualifier between Rwanda and Libya set for November 13 at Taieb Mhiri stadium in Sfax, Tunisia.
Diedhiou Malang will be the center referee and will be assisted by Djibril Camara (1st assistant) and Samba El Hadji Malick (2nd assistant) while Kane Falou Galasse will be the fourth official.
The referee assessor is Louzaya Rene Daniel from the Republic of Congo while the match commissioner is abdel Hamid Essam Eldin Abdel from Egypt. Both Libya and Rwanda got a bye to the second round.
The 20 winners from the second round will be divided into five groups of four teams and each group winner will automatically qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Draws for group stages will be done after the second round. Rwanda will host the second leg on November 17 at Kigali Regional Stadium, Nyamirambo.
