The Bible Society of Rwanda is in a new campaign to increase the volumes of Kinyarwanda Bibles in the country.

This was revealed during a press conference that was held at St. Paul on Saturday.

The conference was presided over by members of the Catholic Church, Evangelical Restoration Church, the Anglican Church and the board members of the Bible Society of Rwanda (BSR).

During the conference, Rev Cannon Emanuel Kayijuka, the General Secretary of BSR said the society has run out of Bibles and that a lot has to be done to see that more translated Kinyarwanda Bibles are available to the masses.

"The cost of translating, producing and distributing Kinyarwanda bibles is very high and the funds are not readily available. So all those that can donate towards the cause should do so through the different net works that we are working with,” the cannon added.

At the same conference, Apostle Joshua Masasu of the Evangelical Restoration Church said they are trying to see that the Bible is accessed by everyone online.
