The firm recorded a total turnover of Rwf291,200 from 2,600 shares traded in two deals. The KCB counter closed at Rwf330, down Rwf40 compared to Friday’s close of Rwf370.
The bank registered a total turnover of Rwf198,000 from 600 shares traded in one deal.
The decline in KCB and Crystal Telecom share prices affected the RSE Share Index, which went down 0.30 points to close at 186.72 points, while the All Share Index also shed 5.5 points to close at 135.56 points.
The Bank of Kigali, Equity Group and Bralirwa, as well as NMG and Uchumi Supermarkets counters were all quiet yesterday.
At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 420,100 Bank of Kigali shares at between Rwf280 and Rwf305 and no bids. On Bralirwa counter, there were offers of 451,000 shares at between Rwf275 and Rwf300, but there were no buyers.
Crystal Telecom received outstanding offers of 385,900 shares at between Rwf116 and Rwf126.
On the RSE bond market there was an outstanding offer of Rwf100,000 worth of bonds at Rwf105, but investors were willing to pay Rwf102 for Rwf25 million worth of bonds.
