After defeat in the national volleyball league playoffs, Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Education of Kibungo (INATEK) find themselves in second position on the table with four points behind Rayon Sports but will be hoping to bounce back on Sunday in Ngoma district.

INATEK head coach Dominic Sesonga Ntahwangundi said, "We have lost the first two games in the playoffs against them which is not good for us but it is not the end of the road. We will try to do a lot better in the next matches.”

Rayon Sports lead the table with 52 points, followed by INATEK with 48 points while the defending champions APR sit in third position with 38 points and Kirehe is in fourth position with 25 points.

Blues head coach Fidele Nyirimana is seeking to win their games to maintain the top spot. "We need to win all our games. We don’t want to give away the points which can cost us the title but it will be a complicated weekend,” Nyirimana said.

In the opening match, INATEK will play against APR while Rayon Sports will meet Kirehe. Rayon Sports will then play against APR while INATEK play with neighbours Kirehe. APR and Kirehe will then face off before league contenders Rayon Sport play against INATEK.
