The leadership right from the cell level to provinces need to be catered for as far as facilitation is concerned to enable them perform their duties well.

Being that they are working for the success of government programmes, it becomes imperative that some thing in terms of appreciation is extended to them to be able to effectively implement these programmes.

Availability of bicycles, radios and Tuvugane would help a lot. I am not saying that those telephone sets should be free of charge; instead the grassroots leaders would be able to buy these gadgets on high purchase basis to morale boost them.

This will greatly rejuvenate their efforts in executing such national noble tasks.
