I am writing to express disappointment with the way ABC restaurant in Giporoso conducts its business.

They serve people raw food especially posho and add water in the soup to get a lot of profit at the expense of customers.
People have been complaining for some time now, until recently when I saw it myself.

They served me food including posho which was raw. What surprised me is that even the restaurant owner admitted that her girls do not know how to cook well. She said at times, she is forced to go to the kitchen to cook.

The problem has persisted but ABC continues to rob customers.

Adding water in the soup is not only unhygienic but also a health hazard. I appeal to the Ministry of Health and Kigali City Council authorities to look into this problem in order to save the lives of Rwandans put in danger by profit minded people.
