Dear editor,
I would like through your paper to acknowledge the efforts of all parties involved in checking child abuse in Rwanda.

Child abuse, in terms of rape and defilement was increasingly becoming rampant.

It has however, greatly reduced thanks to efforts of concerned Rwandans.

I was always perturbed to hear a baby raped and a girl of 14 defiled.

God is great and we hope such satanic acts will end completely.
