The speed at which the overstaffed waiters at BCK restaurant move to attend to the clients is quite bad.

We have our meals regularly in this restaurant and the chef is doing a commendable job to prepare tasty foods with a good variety that we hardly find anywhere else in Kigali.

Sometimes, too many waiters are not the solution for an efficient service, all you need is a few hardworking, trained waiters who can make notes of the client’s orders and have the food served in time other than a group of many lazy people that gets the customer order right on the third attempt due to lack of role pads.

Style up please because the food is great but no service. Please live to the fast food concept you intended.
