Dear editor,
I would like to express my gratitude to all the efforts that the government of Rwanda has done to improve on the social welfare.

Through setting in place various strategies that are both practical and realistic, prosperity for all can be realised.

Working in various fields will promote employment opportunities so that the majority of Rwandans can earn their living, participate in personal and national development, compete on the labour market and become entrepreneurs of all sorts.

Although all these are put in place, they cannot be effective if Rwandans do not see and understand the value of working.

Valuing work always leads to better performance and returns in form of prizes given to the best performers and entrepreneurs.

This will definitely encourage other people to improve their performance. I would like to appeal to the government to find ways of making it easy for workers to access housing, medical care and transport.

It is through blending and establishing all strategies that a prosperous Rwanda will be realised in the near future.
