National Football League side SC Kiyovu are in talks with former Isonga FC coach Innocent Seninga to replace Nigerian Samuel Amamba, who was sacked after just three days in charge.

According to SC Kiyovu’s secretary general, Elie Manirarora, the Mumena-based club believe Seninga has the right attribute and experience to take over the vacant position.

"Sure, talks are in advanced stages and we are doing everything possible to get him before the end of this (last) week” Manirarora confirmed to Times Sport on Saturday.

In a separate interview, Seninga also confirmed being in talks with Kiyovu, saying that, "I can say about 70% of the negotiations is done but I hope soon everything will be sorted out.”

Kiyovu sacked Nigerian coach Samuel Amamba just three days after his appointment to the job for allegedly failing to produce requisite papers.

Meanwhile, under interim coach, Hamiss Bagumaho, Kiyovu drew with Sunrise FC 1-1 in the first ever Agaciro Development Fund tournament on Saturday at Mumena stadium.
