With complex challenges that bother the girl child, a lot more should be done to improve her status in society.

We should make sure that all girls, no matter how marginalized they are, enjoy their right to complete education.

While many organizations like RITA, UNICEF and Imbuto foundation have made "tremendous strides” towards ensuring that children have access to quality education, a persistent gender gap remains in retention and performance.

Of recent, at least several cooperatives have introduced specific strategies or projects to measure the progress and promote girls’ education.

In this way, girls in schools and those who have not yet set eyes on a black board can eventually have a chance of a bright future amidst challenges.
