The winning dance crew effectively became Waka Waka Rwanda brand ambassadors for a year. They will sign a performance contract to perform at every Waka Waka event across the country.

"As a brand we wanted to have a signature event at this year’s Expo, because it’s important to us that we contribute something positive to Rwanda,” explained Raouf Saidi, managing director for Waka Waka Rwanda.

"We have been having road shows and movie nights for the countryside, and for Kigali we wanted to explore a different art form so we went in for these young, energetic and ambitious dancers.”

Expo goers enjoy the performances.
