I pity people who do not know how to diet, which is why I take time to use your paper and give them a piece of advice.
If you are healthy now and want to stay that way, you must know what to eat.
Suggestions on what and how much to eat can be confusing, especially when faced with varied and conflicting nutritional advice.
All other foods are important, but must be carefully consumed.
You must be careful when eating foods rich in Cholesterols, for instance.
Though Cholesterol is vital to the structure and function of all your cells, its also the main substance in fatty deposits (plaques) that can block your arteries.
This can be dangerous. Your body makes all of the cholesterol it needs for cell function. You have to limit all additional cholesterol got by eating animal foods, such as meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, dairy products and butter.
But what actually happens is that people out of ignorance, eat foods extremely rich in cholesterols and end up in problems. Don’t join them.
