Rwandan Michel Gasingwa has been picked to handles tomorrow’s 2010 World/Africa Cup qualifier encounter between Angola and Niger in Luanda.

The 44-year-old FIFA/CAF referee will be assisted by compatriots Atanasee Nkubiito, Desire Bamporiki and Issa Kagabo as a fourth official.

Gasingwa is handling a crucial tie which is vital for both Angola and Uganda’s qualification to the third round of the 2010 World/Africa Cup.
