More vigilance needed to prevent fires

Why are fires so frequent in Kigali? Is aluminum wiring still used in Rwanda? Also, why don’t people learn? There are enough qualified electricians in Kigali but for some reason, people prefer to give contracts to people with basic knowledge in electricity to save money not knowing the risk they are running into.

Why are fires so frequent in Kigali? Is aluminum wiring still used in Rwanda? Also, why don’t people learn?

There are enough qualified electricians in Kigali but for some reason, people prefer to give contracts to people with basic knowledge in electricity to save money not knowing the risk they are running into.

I think there has to be laws regulating all contractors’ professions or should be properly enforced if they already exist.
