Kigali Serena Hotel has won the Travel Tour Award 2015 as the ‘leading hotel in Rwanda for its excellent service’.

This is the fourth time the hotel has scooped the award. This year’s Travel Tour awards ceremony took place in Seychelles recently.

Mahmud Janmohamed, the Serena Hotels Africa managing director, said the recognition was an honour, adding that the hotel’s investment in facilities and human resources continues to pay dividends.

He said the hotel will continue to focus on product quality, high service standards, guest satisfaction to ensure that it remains a hotel of choice for travelers.

Janmohamed thanked clients, saying it was because of their unwavering dedication and loyalty that the hotel has been able to attain the various accolades over the years.
