One of Rwanda's prominent authors and communication expert, Mzee Servillien Sebasoni, has died.

He was 84. Sebasoni passed on while in Belgium.

His last assignment was an advisor for information and communications at the RPF Secretariat.

The cause of death was not immediately clear but plans are underway to transport his body to Kigali for burial.
