Editor,

I do understand that part of the fun is the "grueling” hike; however, I think RDB should develop a climbing trail without compromising on the adventure aspect to the site—otherwise, can you imagine having people visit but ending up falling and hurting themselves?
The Ministry of Infrastructure should also come in and help construct a road so more people go up, hence increase our tourist numbers.
This particular tourist attraction is not even promoted by RDB, yet it has naturally attracted tourists. RDB should see how to increase these numbers and make sure more get to the top through provision of some basic infrastructure.
It also seems trails/hiking products are popular in Rwanda given the adventure side of the Rwandan terrain. I think RDB should jump in and identify other viable trails that can be marketed to the adventure tourist.
Over to you RDB!
