Ballore- Africa Logistics management and staff, yesterday, visited Nyanza Genocide Memorial site in Kicukiro District to commemorate 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

Ballore- Africa Logistics management and staff, yesterday, visited Nyanza Genocide Memorial site in Kicukiro District to commemorate 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

Speaking at the memorial site, Gilles Schwarz, the Managing Director of Ballore Africa Logistics, who led the delegation, emphasised the importance of remembering so that the Genocide never happens again.

"We are here to join all Rwandans to remember those that lost their lives during the Genocide. We are very much touched when we read about what took place and we are here to express our sympathy to Rwandans,” he said.

The staff committed that they will always remembers Genocide victims.

James Nzirimu, an official from the Commission for the fight against Genocide (CNLG), said all Rwandans and friends of Rwanda must play a role in the fight against Genocide denial.

Sophie Musabyeyezu, an official at the memorial, also expressed the need to fight Genocide denial.
