Editor,

Parents don’t have any pretext whatsoever that they don’t have enough money to purchase books. If you buy one book, you allow your kid to read many books because usually students share their books through a reading network.

When I was in my primary and secondary school, we used to share books with my friends. I even got new friends if they had books to share. Young scholars can do the same. I invite also parents to read for themselves and for their kids. You educate by example.
